Lennard Hoornik joined JLR in 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer and in July 2026 became Chief Growth Officer. He is responsible for accelerating the growth of the House of Brands strategy driving brand‑led growth, strengthening customer trust, and unlocking the full potential of the company’s distinctive portfolio.

His leadership spans across global sales and marketing for all brands; Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar including brand positioning, product planning, customer relationship management, marketing communications, brand experience strategies, and global sales and service. 

Lennard has played a key role in evolving JLR’s position in the modern luxury segment, redefining how its brands connect with clients and deliver differentiated experiences. 

He brings extensive international experience across Europe, Asia and the UK, with a strong background in the consumer electronics industry. Lennard spent eight years at Dyson as Chief Commercial Officer and previously held senior leadership roles at Sony, Sony Ericsson and HTC. 

Passionate about technology and design and their ability to positively shape how people live, Lennard champions open, diverse teams and has driven digital transformation initiatives focused on creating closer, more meaningful customer relationships.
