Chief Financial Officer
Adrian Mardell was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer for Jaguar Land Rover in June 2019. As a member of the global Board of Management of Jaguar Land Rover, he leads the financial management of the business to deliver shareholder value and growth ambitions. Adrian’s responsibilities include corporate finance, treasury, financial reporting, accounting, tax, internal control and business support.
Adrian joined Jaguar Land Rover on 5th November 1990 and has held a number of roles within the company, mainly Finance related. Having spent a period between 2008 and 2016 as Jaguar Land Rover Deputy CFO and Operations Controller, he subsequently became the Chief Transformation Officer. In this new role, Adrian established a multi-disciplined team and set up two significant company-wide programmes: ‘Charge’ focussing on short term profit and cash improvements; and ‘Accelerate’, a longer-term programme to deliver long-term strategic operating efficiencies.
Adrian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and his personal interests include competitive running and walking his dogs.
