Kevin Stride, Vehicle Line Director for the Jaguar XE, has won Automotive News Europe's Project Leader award at the title's Eurostar awards..

The Eurostar winners are chosen by Automotive News Europe's panel of editors in recognition of outstanding personal achievement.  The Project Leader award won by Kevin Stride reflects the career‑engineer's instrumental role in the development of the new Jaguar XE, and the advanced, Lightweight Aluminium Architecture fundamental to the sports saloon's exceptional agility, performance, refinement and efficiency.

The award given to Kevin Stride for delivering the Jaguar XE joins the 15 already won by the car itself. The only model in the segment featuring an aluminium‑intensive monocoque, the XE is the lightest, stiffest, most efficient Jaguar saloon and combines outstanding agility and refinement with class‑leading residual values and CO2 emissions from just 99g/km.
