Jaguar Executives Receive Automobile Magazine's 'All-Star Award' In Detroit

The Jaguar XJ has won Automobile magazine’s 2010 ‘All-Sta

This latest trophy marks the third consecutive year a Jaguar has received the honor. The Jaguar XF was an 'Automobile All-Star' for 2009 and 2010, but this year the XJ stood out among all 271 new automobiles in the United States that were eligible for the award.

According to Automobile magazine: "The toughest part about this class is that it's very hard for any one car to stand out in the crowd, and yet the XJ manages to do just that, in both its design and its dynamics. Both for the aesthete and the enthusiast, the all-new Jaguar XJ is an All-Star."

Three members of Jaguar's senior management team were on hand to collect the award: Mike O'Driscoll, Managing Director of Jaguar, newly-appointed Global Brand Director Adrian Hallmark, and Global Head of Communications Frank Klaas. It was presented by Jean Jennings, editor-in-chief of Automobile Magazine.

The latest accolade means the Jaguar's flagship XJ has won more than 20 international awards since it was launched last year.
