Jaguar UK continues its partnership with leading boutique cinema brand, Everyman, to present unique immersive customer experiences with the launch of Guillermo del Toro’s highly anticipated film, Nightmare Alley.

  • Jaguar UK continues its partnership with Everyman Cinema with a unique immersive experience for film lovers in London
  • Academy Award-winning Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Nightmare Alley’ inspired spectacular runs at Everyman’s iconic Screen On The Green in Islington, 21st to 23rd January inclusive
  • Tickets are available now at

A series of immersive events will be taking place in Everyman’s most intimate and iconic venue, Screen on the Green in Islington from Friday 21st until Sunday 23rd January. For 3 nights only, guests will be immersed in the dark underbelly of the 1940s American carnival, complete with circus performers and a live band.

Nightmare Alley is a noirish psychological thriller, exploring the nuanced world of the travelling Carnival and the lives of New York’s elite society in the mid-20th Century. Taking inspiration from del Toro’s ability to take the audience inside the film, Everyman and Jaguar will draw back the curtain on this sinister film and bring it to life within the walls of Everyman’s historic Islington venue.

Guests will also be able to enjoy freshly prepared food and cocktails, inspired by 1940s America to fully immerse themselves into this sumptuous cinematic experience. Everyman’s iconic plush velvet sofas and armchairs perfectly accompany the noirish ambience of this immersive experience.

Those looking to purchase tickets for the opening weekend at Screen on the Green will enjoy the complete carnival experience and will be encouraged to dress for the occasion…

Tickets will be available to purchase online at

Jaguar has partnered with Everyman Cinema to celebrate films that break away from the norm – and the individuals who bring them to life.

About Screen on the Green

Now owned by Everyman Cinema group, the Screen on the Green, is one of the longest running continuous cinemas in the UK. The original cinema was opened in 1913 by Pesaresi brothers. From 1913 it was called The Empress Picture Theatre, then The Rex (1951-70), and finally the Screen on the Green.

The cinema has a distinct charm. With its barrel vault ceiling and dramatic neon façade announcing forthcoming screenings, it dominates the Islington streetscape. The Screen on the Green was modernised first in 1981 and subsequently in 2009, it continues to be one of the most popular cinemas in London.

The landmark cinema is historically known for playing a strong role in the birth of Punk. On 29 August 1976, The Clash and Buzzcocks supported the Sex Pistols at the venue and hosted Sid Vicious’ first performance with the Sex Pistols the following year.
