21 DECEMBER 2012 ‑ Jaguar is helping injured and recovering members of the British Armed Forces to travel home in time for Christmas, thanks to a fleet of new XF Sportbrake models.
The personnel are being treated at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) at Headley Court in Surrey, and all are being given a heroes' welcome with a special chauffeur driven delivery to their friends and families.
Headley Court is a specialist, multi‑purpose facility that provides rehabilitation and care for severely injured servicemen and women, including poly‑trauma amputees.
The fleet of around 20 XF Sportbrake models will travel to locations across the UK, including as far as Inverness, to return the troops to their loved ones.

Matt was injured in 2007 in Helman Province by a buried IOD.
He was fitted with prosthetic legs a year ago, and only recently
fitting with an electronic arm, one month ago.

home to his friends in Nottingham. Ryan is due back into
Headley Court in March for his final admission before going
back to his regiment.
LCpl Ben Demain (33), 14 Signals Regiment, Pembrokeshire, heading
back home to Manchester to his wife and parents. Ben is ending
his third admission at Headley Court.
Pte Josh Middleton (19), 3 Yorks Regiment, Warminster, heading
back to Hull to his fiance, Kirstie Smith.
Cpl Hari Budha Magar (33), 1 Royal Gurkha, Folkstone, heading back
home to Canterbury to his wife, Urmila, who is expecting their
third child.
